Marketplace Ethic Awards

The BBB Education Alliance is especially proud of the BBB Marketplace Ethics Awards program. Every year we publicly recognize organizations that embody the Better Business Bureau’s overriding principle, “Start With Trust”.

Nominees for this honor:

  • Maintain a positive track record of adhering to honest advertising and selling standards
  • Stand behind their products and services
  • Remain transparent in regards to their business policies and procedures
  • Honor all promises and agreements
  • Address any disputes in a responsible and timely manner

The BBB Marketplace Ethics Awards was founded in 2006 and is open to all businesses and non-profit organizations located within the 14 county service area of the BBB of Northwest North Carolina.
