Dispute Resolution Center

At the BBB Education Alliance, our dispute resolution services give conflicting parties a civil forum in which to sort out their differences. Whether the issue is consumer to consumer or consumer to business, we’re here to help by way of:

• Mediation: A professionally trained mediator meets with the parties at odds in an effort to guide them toward a mutually agreeable solution. All sessions are confidential.
• Arbitration: This process allows the parties to state their views before  an impartial arbitrator.  Upon hearing both sides of the issue, the arbitrator will then render a decision settling the dispute.

BBB arbitration and mediation are fast and inexpensive alternatives for solving problems without resorting to legal action.
